RePLAYed is free to play in your browser, just for fun. It's provided as-is, the games and art belong to Roe Aque, and there's nothing to buy.
Playing RePLAYed
RePLAYed is a free browser arcade. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — just don't use the arcade.
Provided "as is"
RePLAYed is offered as-is and as-available, for entertainment, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, pause, or retire games and features at any time, and the arcade may occasionally be unavailable.
What you can do
Play as much as you like, for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, on your own devices. Share the link freely.
What's ours
RePLAYed — its games, artwork, audio, code, characters, and the RePLAYed and Roe Aque names and logos — is owned by Roe Aque. Please don't copy, redistribute, sell, embed, or reverse-engineer the arcade or its games, or present them as your own. Playing in your browser is, of course, exactly what it's for.
Fair use of the arcade
Don't attempt to break, overload, attack, or tamper with the arcade, or use it in any unlawful way.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Roe Aque isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) RePLAYed. It's a game; play it in good spirits.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date above when we do, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Roe Aque operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
